This is an open-ended monthly bereavement support group available to the public. You are welcome to attend the group as long as you find it helpful. All adults who have experienced the death of someone in their lives are invited to take part in the healing process within this comforting, supportive environment. The group is offered at no charge.

Just Coffee

When you are grieving it can be tough getting out and socializing again. Perhaps those precious moments in the morning once shared with your person are difficult to get through. Having a familiar, comfortable place to go can help ease the transition.

Legacies Remembered

Gather together with family, friends and community members for a service of remembrance. We welcome anyone who has experienced a death to attend this special service to honor, remember and celebrate those we love. We invite you to bring a photograph or small memento that reflects your loved one’s life. There will be an opportunity to share the significance of this item during the service.

Pet Remembrance

Just as we grieve the death of humans in our lives, your pet was a member of the family whose life is to be honored and remembered. This event is to celebrate the enduring love for the beloved animal companions who have died and left an undeniable impact on our lives.

Our annual program offers an opportunity to participate in meaningful sharing and gain renewed strength to walk through grief during the holiday season.

Chair Yoga

Join us as we discover the connection between physical health and grief. All fitness levels are welcome. The classes can be enjoyed sitting or standing. You are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing you can move in. There is no charge, but space is limited, so register early to reserve your seat.

Memory Bear Activity

This is a great activity for parents, grandparents, and guardians to grieve out loud with the kiddos in their lives.

Memory Bear Workshop is designed for all ages & open to the public. Family and Friends are welcome to bring their loved ones and create a unique Memory Bear from clothes or items of their loved one who died. We will have materials so even if you only have a button or something you'd like to tuck inside a bear, everyone will leave with something.

Refreshments of Hot Cocoa, Coffee, Water, Popcorn and Candy Will Be Provided
